Day Retreat
You don’t feel unwell.
You just don’t feel like you.
Tired, wired, bloated, overwhelmed
or struggling to switch off?
This day is for women who want to build healthier habits, feel more energised and feel better in their bodies, whether that means more energy, fewer cravings, better sleep or simply feeling lighter. Bringing together the expertise and guidance of Emma Burden of NUYU Nutrition and Kirsty Brooks of High on Yoga, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and leave with useful tools you can take into your everyday life.

This is not a detox, a bootcamp or a day of counting calories. It is a calm, practical and supportive kick-start for real women with real lives.
You will leave with your first simple switches to start the new year feeling lighter, steadier and back in control.

This day is for women who:
-
Are tired of quick fixes and want habits that fit real life
-
Want to beat the January slump
-
Feel stuck with their energy, cravings, sleep or weight despite doing the "right" things
-
Want a kinder, more sustainable way to look after their body
-
Would love support from like-minded women
Want to make it stick? Add the 4-week programme
